Condition: Specify whether it is brand new / unused. Brand / OEM: Carrier (also compatible with Bryant, Payne). Model / Part #: HK42FZ012 (secondary / related #: 1012-943-A). Function / Role: This is an integrated furnace control board that manages system operations: ignition sequencing, blower motor control, safety interlocks, humidifier output, EAC (electronic air cleaner) interface, and more. It acts as the “brain” of the furnace, coordinating sensors, switches, components, and timing. Key Specs / Features (as known). Humidifier output: 24 VAC, up to 0.5 A. EAC output: 115 VAC, up to 1.0 A. Board size: 8″ × 7″ (approximate). Replaces older boards such as HK42FZ00. Used in many Carrier, Bryant, and Payne furnace models. Buyers should verify that their system wiring, sensor connectors, and mounting match the HK42FZ012.
Reconditioned Variable Speed Inducer Bryant Carrier HC23CE116 340793-762
Good used Bryant Carrier ECM motor HC23CE116 inducer assembly with a good wheel. Removed from a good working variable speed Bryant 90+ furnace. This is also used in the Carrier, Payne and others. I removed the motor cover and cleaned the dust from the cooling wheel and board. I inspected the board and found no bad solder joints, corrosion or water damage. The motor is in very good condition with good bearings. I opened the housing and inspected and cleaned the interior wheel. It is the newer black and gray style wheel and has no cracks developing, which is common with the older white or black/clear plastic ones. You can see the interior wheel thru the opening in the picture of the back. I inspected the housing inside and out and cleaned out all the gunk, including from the internal drain passageways. I even cleaned off all the old gasket material from the mating surface on the back so you will get a good seal. There are no cracks in the housing, all the plastic posts are intact and the seals are now new so it will not leak condensate. All the housing and motor screws are in place, none of them are missing or stripped out. I tested it on the bench when finished. It runs very well, gives the correct feedback signal and is ready to go. This is a BRAND NEW GE Carrier/Bryant/Payne 4-Speed BLOWER MOTOR. The part # is HC41AE118 (also HC41AE118A). The GE Part # is 5KCP39GGU011S (works in all the Carrier/Bryant furnaces listed below). It’s 115 volt, 1075 RPM. The motor is 5 5/8 in diameter (Frame 48Y). The shaft extends 4.5″ out of the motor and is 1/2″ in diameter. The motor has 4 speed wires, 2 capacitor wires 1 common and 1 ground. If the shaft is facing up, the motor rotates clockwise! The motor you are purchasing is brand new. When installing a new motor the motor manufactures highly recommend that you install a new capacitor at the same time. Old capacitors can become weak over time and have a negative effect on the new motor. We have the capacitor that goes with this motor in our store. You can locate it using part # CAP010503O.
