GE ECM 2.3 CN04. This is an ECM for a programmable motor wired for / installed in Carrier furnace, controlling an ECM 2.3 Motor p/n HD44AEI16 5SME39HL036 0-1300rpm 120/259v 7.7/4.3a. Carrier, Bryant, and Payne furnaces are all made by Carrier. They share parts – so this ECM may be used in any one of those three. This ECM was checked in a working Carrier furnace with an ECM Checker /Diagnostics tool by an HVAC Professional. ECM’s are programmed and or wired to work with specific applications. The part numbers and specifications are very important. If they do not match the ECM you are replacing exactly – you are taking a risk it will not work. Buyers are responsible for purchasing the correct part for their application. Please check the part numbers and specs BRFORE purchasing to confirm this is the same as the ECM you are replacing exactly the same! It is very important that you check to be sure the ECM you’re purchasing is an exact match to the ECM you’re replacing – both part numbers and specs, and and controlling the same motor in a Carrier, Bryant or Payne Furnace.
