White Rodgers Furnace Gas Valve Replaces Carrier Bryant Payne 36H54-471 36H54471. This is a Brand New White Rodgers Universal Gas Valve that is designed to replace MANY White Rodgers Honeywell & Robertshaw Gas Valves. The valve that you will receive is the one in the left of the picture- most of the White Rodger’s valves replaced by this one resemble a variation of the valve in the right of the picture. It is a fast opening gas valve and has an 1/2′” inlet and a 3/4″ outlet that can be reduced to 1/2 with the included bushing. The gas valve is set up for NAT Gas but comes with an LP Conversion Kit and a wiring diagram in case needed. It is designed to replace the part numbers listed below. The gas valve is a low voltage control (usually 24 VAC) that allow gas into the combustion chamber. It is also an adjustable regulator that insures proper gas pressure for combustion.
