Carrier, Bryant, and Payne furnaces are all made by Carrier. They share parts – so this ECM may be used in any one of those three. This ECM was checked in a working Carrier furnace with an ECM Checker /Diagnostics tool by an HVAC Professional. ECM’s are programmed and or wired to work with specific applications. The part numbers and specifications are very important. If they do not match the ECM you are replacing exactly – you are taking a risk it will not work.
