Carrier OEM factory control board – Model HK42FZ064. Removed from a working Bryant 986T furnace after replacement of the board. Only problem aware of was it stopped supplying power to the ignitor (HSI) and Inductor motor (hi and lo). All other functions were working previously. Includes all original components, relays, and connectors (see detailed photos). Good option for HVAC technicians, refurbishers, or hobbyists. Defective – will not operate furnace (does run blower fan but cannot start inductor or ignitor), also did run A/C during summer. No physical cracks or burns visible.
